Meet Your Instructor


Matthew is the founder of VOS Solutions Inc. and lead instructor at the VOS Academy.

For most of his life, Matthew has been learning and leading in the sport of volleyball. He has been a coach at the club (13U to 18U), high school (grade 8 to 12), and provincial team levels, as well as a tournament director, senior referee, scorer, line judge, scout, statistician, and private trainer. He has served as a mentor for many players, coaches, and referees in various organizations and has won numerous individual awards and team championships as a player/captain at the high school, club, and post-secondary levels in three different playing positions.
